Each step in the making process is carried out with care and we focus all our efforts on providing you with a long-lasting and beautiful addition to your home. It normally takes from 5 to 10 business days to process an order.
Can't find exactly what you need
For most of the items featured in our store, we can alterate the dimensions and, in some cases, use different colors. Just contact us and we'ill do our best to meet your needs.
Shipping and returns
We mainly use Canada Post for our main shipping courrier. In the event this is not possible, we either use Purolator, Canpar or UPS for substitute courrier. Once shipped, an email notification is sent to you along with the tracking info of your parcel.
Returns are possible when authorization number is obtained within 5 days of reception of the item. Buyer is however responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.
